Your best life starts here. My private personal training sessions are ideal for anyone looking to lose fat, gain muscle, boost confidence…and more! I offer 60-minute sessions, which include a warm-up and cool-down. All personal training sessions are by appointment only and offered in a semi-private facility at Isch Wellness Center, 7301 W. Jefferson Blvd. Fort Wayne, IN 46804.

Group: (2-3 people): $45 or $30/session (monthly packages available)
In-Home Personal Training
My in-home personal training will give you the push you need to achieve your goals. Each session is catered to each client’s personal goals. This service is available within Fort Wayne city limits. Ideally, the client has some resistance training equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, etc.) and a dedicated space to work out.
Individual: $60/session (monthly packages available)
Group: (2-3 people): $45 or $30/session (monthly packages available)
SMALL GROUP TRAININg
Fitness is more fun with a friend! Offered on demand, this 60-minute total body workout incorporates strength training, light cardio and abs. This class is suitable for healthy active adults and can be adapted depending on the skill and fitness level of participants. All sessions are by appointment only and offered in a semi-private facility at Isch Wellness Center, 7301 W. Jefferson Blvd. Fort Wayne, IN 46804.*
Investment: $15/session per client
*A minimum of 5 clients is required to ensure a quality experience.
