Q: Why personal training?
A: Personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs. They instruct and assist people in reaching personal health and fitness goals.
Q: Do you work with children?
A: No, I work with healthy adults age 18+.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Q: Do you offer nutritional counseling?
A: No, that’s out of the scope of my practice, however I can recommend a nutritionist or dietician.
Q: Will you come to my home to train me?
A: No, I only offer in-gym or virtual sessions at this time.
Q: Do you teach yoga?
A: No, I am not qualified to teach this form of exercise, but I can recommend local studios.
Q: I am concerned about COVID-19. Is it safe to workout at your gym?
A: Yes! The space is not an open gym environment and used by appointment only. The number of clients is limited and we social distancing guidelines. Rest assured I am doing all I can to protect your health and safety.
